Rough Cleaning (Initial Phase)
- Done right after construction or major renovation work is finished.
- Focuses on removing large debris, leftover materials (wood, drywall, nails, dust piles), stickers, and packaging.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces to make the space safer for further detailed cleaning.
Light / Detailed Cleaning (Second Phase)
- More thorough and detailed than rough cleaning.
- Includes scrubbing and wiping down walls, doors, windows, baseboards, light fixtures, vents, cabinets, and appliances.
- Removal of fine dust that settles on surfaces after rough cleaning.
- Floors are usually mopped, vacuumed, and polished during this stage.
Final / Touch-Up Cleaning (Last Phase)
- Done a few days after detailed cleaning, since dust often resettles.
- Focuses on polishing and shining final surfaces like glass, mirrors, stainless steel, and fixtures.
- Final vacuuming, mopping, and wiping to ensure the space is ready for move-in or use.
